one of the employees who served our order turned his back instantly and we had to call him like 3 times to only ask for a bag.. kept ignoring us. just on his phone. we we’re waiting for like 5 minutes until another employee helped.

We were recommended a very tasty coconut and strawberry shake here when we asked the cashier what they thought we should buy, and it really hit that sweet spot we were looking for! We'll definitely stop by here again next time we're in the area :)

i got the mocha frap with boba and it’s very good! the mocha drink taste more milky and sweet more than anything, but it’s good regardless. i got my drink fast & the service was good! ❤️

Updating my review because I felt like it was too harsh. Honestly not a bad spot at all. My favorite is the strawberry milk tea. Its very good. The cashiers are always too kind and they have a great amount of boba portions for each drink. Not as flavorful as my usual but not it’s not bad and some drinks are good. I did have a bad experience when I came in 15 minutes before opening. I just wouldn’t recommend going in last minute because it seems like the people in the back purposely make your drinks bad. When I got the drinks for both me and my little brother the drinks were absolutely watered down and actually disgusting. I don’t understand why you would ruin a kid’s drink on purpose just because you are mad we arrived close to closing. I got a mango drink and he got a shake. I ended up going to boba point and you can definitely see the comparison in the photos. Both drinks were thrown and a waste of money. I appreciate the manager or owner reaching out and trying to remake them and she really went out of her way and had amazing service. Props to the manager honestly because she really tried and I really hate leaving a negative review when its very reflective on the business. Morni

My first time visiting this place. I had a great experience with customer service and great boba drinks. Plenty of options to choose from at a very reasonable price. If you find yourself at the Valley Plaza Mall on the South East corner of Ming Avenue and Freeway 99, pay a visit to this place. I like this place and recommend to visit! 😁. Plenty of free parking space and easy to find.
